Leads and executes the overall strategy of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Implementation Plan across the organization. Helps the organization move forward in the pragmatic adoption of Scaled Agile practices as principles dictate to ensure that the organization is consistently and appropriately applying agile team and scaling methods. Leads and supports a high-performance team of a Release Train Engineer (RTE) and Scrum Masters.
The base salary range for this position is $126k - $197k.
Actual pay will be determined based upon a candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, geographic location, and may include other job-related factors such as certification(s), professional licensure, or internal equity considerations.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related field; and seven (7) or more years of Agile experience (coaching or senior leadership a plus); has led at least two transformations, preferred within health or regulated industries; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS AND DESIGNATIONS:
SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification in good standing required.
Scrum Coach, Scrum Master, Agile Coach (ICP-ACC) certification, preferred.
